Importing a company's certificates
The approach is the same as described in Batch processing of certificates
In this case, it explicitly refers to previously exported documents so that they can be quickly made available to a new general contractor, for example.

In the Navigator, go to [Tools → Batch processing → Company certificates]

Drag and drop the already exported documents into the browser window with the mouse
Drag and drop is performed in 3 steps
Select the document(s) or an archive
Hold down the left mouse button and drag the files to the WARP website
Release the left mouse button on the batch processing page
 Select file(s) |
The inserted certificates are now listed and can be assigned using the plus button
During assignment, the follow-up document opens in a separate window so that it can be viewed independently, e.g. on another monitor
Click on Save to complete the assignment for the document
Documents that have already been assigned are automatically ticked and are immediately stored in the certificates
