Export all valid certificates of a company

 

  • Go to [Master data → Company] in the Navigator

  • Below the displayed company data, open the sub-item Certificate documents

Expand the sub-item Certificate documents

 

 

  • The certificates displayed can be filtered for validity using the funnel symbol in the [Valid until] column

  • All certificates still displayed can then be saved using the export symbol

Export all valid employee certificates

 

  • Go to [Master data → Company → Employees] in the Navigator

  • After selecting an employee below the display, open the category Certificate documents

(1)Choose employee_en.png

 

 

 

  • The certificates can be filtered by validity using the funnel symbol in the [Valid until] column

  • The listed valid certificates can be downloaded via the export symbol
