Unlock user accounts of a contractor
How can I unlock a locked user account of a contractor?
A user account will be locked if the user has entered their password incorrectly 8 times when logging in.
The account then have to be unblocked by an administrator within their supplier account.
If the blocked user is the only administrator in the supplier account, a user from the client/operator account must unblock them.
Navigate to the overview of all users via [Registration Tasks → Company account approval → All users]
Blocked users can be identified by filtering in the “Locked” column as well as by searching for the company, first name or surname
To unlock the locked user, click on the open lock symbol and confirm the action in the following dialogue
The user can then log in again immediately (with the existing password)

If the user no longer knows their password or would like to change it, this can be done by clicking on the black letter symbol after unlocking the user account.
By clicking, a corresponding link will be sent by e-mail.
(it is generally recommended to reset the password after the account has been unlocked)
