Lock/(de)activate company account
How can I lock or deactivate a company account
If a company account is locked, all associated users will also be unable to log in
Navigate to the account overview via [Registration tasks → Company account approval → All accounts]
In the account overview, lock the desired company account via the deactivation icon and confirm the action

A user belonging to the locked company account who wants to log in will receive a corresponding message
How can I unlock or reactivate a company account
Navigate to the account overview via [Registration Tasks → Company Account Approval → All Accounts]
In the overview, activate the desired company account via the activation icon and confirm the action
Afterwards, all users of the company account can log in again immediately
