How can I unlock a locked user account of a contractor?
A user account will be locked if the user has entered their password incorrectly 8 times when logging in.
The account then has to be unlocked by a user within the company with an administrative role.
If the user himself is the only administrator in the company account, an operator account has to unlock him.
Navigate to the overview of all users via [Registration Tasks → Company account approval → All users]
Click on the open lock symbol for the user to be unlocked and confirm the action in the following dialogue
The user will then be able to log in again immediately
If the user has not yet changed or reset his password at this point, a corresponding link can be sent to him by e-mail by clicking on the black letter symbol
