How can I unlock a locked user account of a contractor?

A user account will be locked if the user has entered their password incorrectly 8 times when logging in.
The account then has to be unlocked by a user within the company with an administrative role.
If the user himself is the only administrator in the company account, an operator account has to unlock him.

  • Navigate to the overview of all users via [Registration Tasks → Company account approval → All users]

  • Click on the open lock symbol for the user to be unlocked and confirm the action in the following dialogue

  • The user will then be able to log in again immediately

  • If the user has not yet changed or reset his password at this point, a corresponding link can be sent to him by e-mail by clicking on the black letter symbol
