How can I unlock a locked user account of a contractor?

A user account will be locked if the user has entered their password incorrectly 8 times when logging in.
The account then has have to be unlocked unblocked by a user within the company with an administrative rolean administrator within their supplier account.
If the blocked user himself is the only administrator in the company supplier account, an a user from the client/operator account has to unlock himmust unblock them.

  • Navigate to the overview of all users via [Registration Tasks → Company account approval → All users]Click

  • Blocked users can be identified by filtering in the “Locked” column as well as by searching for the company, first name or surname

  • To unlock the locked user, click on the open lock symbol for the user to be unlocked and confirm the action in the following dialogue

  • The user will can then be able to log in again immediately (with the existing password)

  • If the user has not yet changed or reset his password at this pointno longer knows their password or would like to change it, this can be done by clicking on the black letter symbol after unlocking the user account.
    By clicking, a corresponding link can will be sent to him by e-mail by clicking on the black letter symbol.
    (it is generally recommended to reset the password after the account has been unlocked)
