Audit Submitted Employee Evidence

• Certificates to be audited can be viewed in the task overview in the dashboard, which is located in the header area

• For each project, the number of certificates to be audited is shown in brackets

• By clicking on the corresponding pencil icon, you are navigated to the corresponding area

• Pending audits are marked with a book symbol including information about what they are

• For the auditing process, all stored information is displayed as well as a preview of the submitted document to check the information

• The preview of the document opens in a separate window, so it can be easily displayed on a second monitor

• After deciding whether to reject the audit or not, the process is completed by clicking Save
