Activation links normally have a validity of 72 hours after release by the operator.
In case the validity period has expired, you have to contact the support of your operator to receive a new activation link by e-mail.

Your company's firewall/e-mail software classifies e-mails from the DECAMS® platform as SPAM
Your e-mail box is full

When entering your e-mail address, you accidentally misspelled it (e.g. misspelled letters)
The e-mail was found after all, but the activation link has expired in the meantime
