I have received an activation email

  • By clicking on the "activation link", the standard browser will start and the Internet address of the corresponding platform of the operator will be opened

Activation links normally have a validity of 72 hours after release by the operator.
In case the validity period has expired, you have to contact the support of your operator to receive a new activation link by e-mail.

  • In the following dialog, the password will be assigned according to the security policy.

  • The company account is now activated


I have not received an activation email yet

Unable to render {include} The included page could not be found.

If you do not receive any e-mail, the following problems are the most common causes:

In the following cases please contact the administrator of your company

  • Your company's firewall/e-mail software classifies e-mails from the DECAMS® platform as SPAM

  • Your e-mail box is full

In the following cases please contact the support of your operator

  • When entering your e-mail address, you accidentally misspelled it (e.g. misspelled letters)

  • The e-mail was found after all, but the activation link has expired in the meantime

  • No labels
