WARP Notes on master and project data

What are the differences between master data and project data and what is the meaning of each?

  • For technical reasons and for validation purposes, a distinction is made in the compliance management system between master data and project data

  • Master data is created when the company account is set up as well as during the registration of new employees and contains all the information provided

  • Project data is created as a copy of the master data for each new project in which the company or its employees are involved

  • Subsequent changes in master or project data can lead to conflicts within the system which will be reported to the responsible operator

  • Accidental or intentional changes to employee data, for example for a new project, can be detected in a timely manner

  • In case of existing conflicts between the data, employee records are no longer synchronized if they are renewed or added to the master data
