If you do not receive any e-mail, the following problems are the most common causes:

In the following cases please contact the administrator of your company

  • Your company's firewall/e-mail software classifies e-mails from the DECAMS® platform as SPAM

  • Your e-mail box is full

In the following cases please contact the support of your operator

  • When entering your e-mail address, you accidentally misspelled it (e.g. misspelled letters)

  • The e-mail was found after all, but the activation link has expired in the meantime

  • No labels
