How can I unlock a locked user account?

A user account will be locked if the user has is blocked if they have entered their password incorrectly 8 times when logging in.
The account It then has to be unlocked unblocked by a user an administrator within the company with an administrative role.

  • Navigate to the overview of all users via [(My company) Users → Company account → All users] Click

  • Locked users can be identified by filtering in the “Locked” column or searching by first name or surname

  • To unlock the user, click on the open lock symbol for the user to be unlocked icon and confirm the action in the following dialogue

  • The user will can then be able to log in again immediately (with the existing password)

  • If the user no longer knows their password or would like to change it, this can be done by clicking on the black letter symbol after unlocking the user account.

    The click will send a corresponding link by e-mail.
    (it is generally recommended to reset the password after unlocking)
