What are the differences between master data and project data and what is the meaning of each?
For technical reasons and for validation purposes, a distinction is made in the compliance management system between master data and project data
Master data is created when the company account is set up as well as during the registration of new employees and contains all the information provided
Project data is created as a copy of the master data for each new project in which the company or its employees are involved
Subsequent changes in master or project data can lead to conflicts within the system which will be reported to the responsible operator
Accidental or intentional changes to employee data, for example for a new project, can be detected in a timely manner
In case of existing conflicts between the data, employee records are no longer synchronized if they are renewed or added to the master data
