Audit Submitted Employee Evidence

Certificates to be audited can be viewed in the task overview in the dashboard, which is located in the header area
For each project, the number of certificates to be audited is shown in brackets
By clicking on the corresponding pencil icon, you are navigated to the corresponding area

Pending audits are marked with a book symbol including information about what they are

For the auditing process, all stored information is displayed as well as a preview of the submitted document to check the information
The preview of the document opens in a separate window, so it can be easily displayed on a second monitor
After deciding whether to reject the audit or not, the process is completed by clicking Save
