This function is only available to users with extended permissions. (These are normally the responsible users of an operator account)


How can I lock or deactivate a company account

If a company account is locked, all associated users will also be unable to log in

  • Navigate to the account overview via [Registration tasks → Company account approval → All accounts]

  • In the account overview, lock the desired company account via the deactivation icon and confirm the action

  • A user belonging to the locked company account who wants to log in will receive a corresponding message


How can I unlock or reactivate a company account

  • Navigate to the account overview via [Registration Tasks → Company Account Approval → All Accounts]

  • In the overview, activate the desired company account via the activation icon and confirm the action

  • Afterwards, all users of the company account can log in again immediately
