User roles within a company account exclusively regulate the permissions in areas related to My Company

For the individual user accounts within a company one of 4 roles can be assigned

  • Administrator

    • A user with administrator rights has full rights within the company account over the individual users as well as the company data and all other aspects

  • Power user

    • The power user differs from the administrator in that he/she cannot add other users or edit their data, but this does not apply to company employees

  • Standard user

    • A standard user is not allowed to change company master data in addition to the restrictions of the power user

    • Employees can still be added and sent

  • Restricted user

    • Restricted users can only view the data within the company account without the possibility to edit it themselves

The first user created within a company account is automatically assigned the role of Administrator.
Each additional user created will have the role of Restricted User preselected as the Operator and the role of Power User as the Supplier
