  • Administrator

    • Ein Benutzer mit Administratorrechten hat vollumfängliche Rechte innerhalb des Firmenaccounts sowohl über die einzelnen Benutzer als auch die Firmendaten sowie alle anderen Aspekte

  • Hauptbenutzer

    • Der Hauptbenutzer unterscheidet sich vom Administrator in sofern, dass er keine anderen Benutzer hinzufügen oder Ihre Daten bearbeiten, was jedoch nicht für Mitarbeiter der Firma gilt

  • Standardbenutzer

    • Ein Standardbenutzer darf zusätzlich zu den Beschränkungen des Hauptbenutzers keine Stammdaten der Firma ändern

    • Mitarbeiter können weiterhin hinzugefügt und entsendet werden

  • Eingeschränkter Benutzer

    • Eingeschränkte Nutzer können lediglich die Daten der Plattform einsehen ohne der Möglichkeit diese selbst zu bearbeiten

Der erste angelegte Benutzer innerhalb eines Firmenaccounts bekommt automatisch die Rolle des Administrators zugewiesen.
Jeder weitere angelegte Benutzer bekommt als Betreiber die Rolle Eingeschränkt vorausgewählt und als Lieferant die Rolle Hauptbenutzer

User roles within a company account exclusively regulate the permissions in areas related to My Company

Authorizations on the platform, e.g. who can see/manage which projects, audit certificates or which areas are visible,
are regulated by user rights. Details on this in the section: Manage extended user permissions

For the individual user accounts within a company one of 4 roles can be assigned

Regardless of the user role, every user account receives the weekly compliance status email.
This cannot be activated or deactivated for individual users.

  • Administrator

    • A user with administrator rights has full rights within the company account over the individual users as well as the company data and all other aspects

    • He is the only one who can edit, deactivate or, if necessary, delete user accounts

  • Power user

    • The power user differs from the administrator in that they cannot add other users, edit their data or send them a password reset email

    • However, the above restrictions do not apply to employees of the company

  • Standard user

    • In addition to the restrictions of the power user, a standard user may not change any master data of the company, i.e. upload company certificates or view which of the company certificates will expire soon

    • Employees can still be added, assigned and their data edited

  • Restricted user

    • Restricted users can only view the data within the company account without being able to edit it themselves

The first user created within a company account is automatically assigned the role of Administrator.
Each additional user created will have the role of Restricted User preselected as the Operator and the role of Power User as the Supplier
